  • HOW IT WORKS

    • The simplicity of a VACCOMP vacuum pump or compressor is possible because, it's function of mechanical part; such as pistons of sliding vanes are actually performed by a rotating ring of liquid that is transmitted by the rotor.
    • However, the liquid tends follow a path that conforms to the shape of the body. The pump body is cylindrical, but it's axis is offset from the rotor axis. Liquid almost fills then partly empties each rotor chamber once each revolution. In the oval-shaped double-lobe body, liquid almost fills then partly empties each rotor chamber twice each revolution.
    • The filling and emptying sets up a piston action that does the pumping.The inlet and discharge flow are separated by closed sections between ports the stationary cones.
    • Part of the liquid compressant passes out through the discharge and is removed in a separator that supplies. As well, moisture carried into the inlet and condensate from incoming vapor are also removed in the separator. Liquid compressant may be cooled in a heat exchange and recirculated.
